Leybold UL-200D:
This small portable helium leak detector is very light (67 lbs./30.5kg) which includes the hand-held control. The pump is to come complete with Leybold TMP-35 turbo maximized for ultra high vacuum pump and partial pressure pumping for high pressure testing. Unit has the membrane/diaphragm vacuum pump (d) and a built-in calibrated leak for autocal. The performance has the smallest detectable leak rate of 5x10-11 with an upper limit of 3 mbar (2 torr). Detectable masses: amu 2, 3, 4.
